I have created cheese boards and led workshops for Morgan Stanley, Star Tribune Guild, private parties, and more. 📩 Let me help you beat board-om! I’ve also mongered cheese behind counters at France 44 Cheese Shop, in Minneapolis, and American Provisions, in Boston.

I’ve also developed and taught a food system class for Tufts University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and presented research on a panel with esteemed scholars at the Association for the Study of Food and Society’s annual conference. Additionally, I’ve helped organize and produce Food Tank summit events in New York City and Boston.

At the 2022 Cheesemonger Invitational in Brooklyn, NY, I came in third place and won the Perfect Bite pairing challenge. (Pictured in The New York Times, Cheese Professor, et. al.)
